The location provided easy access to the city center by foot along the canal. I especially appreciated the plane trees that lined the route. I found a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel offered secure parking, a great convenience for me.
The ventilation system operated constantly throughout the night. I found the noise somewhat disruptive.

This studio was very good and it had everything I needed for my stay. The on-site laundry facilities was especially useful. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was helpful. There was a grocery store very close to the hotel.
The smell was really not good. I notice smell in the room and in the corridor. I thought it came from the kitchen but the next day I could smell it again in the corridor. I'm not sure what caused that.

I was concerned about the location due to busy roads nearby but the soundproofing was excellent. The room was of a high standard from the beds to the bathroom. i used the downstairs laundry. It was useful.
